Good questions
How does Price Matcher know it’s the same product?+
It reads the competitor page the shopper links to and uses AI to compare brand, model, variant and version against your product. Uncertain matches go to you for review rather than auto-approving.
Does it just discount everything?+
No. You set approved competitors, discount caps and which products qualify. Anything outside your limits is declined with a clear reason, and nothing auto-approves beyond your thresholds.
What counts as a “check”?+
One competitor-link comparison. Overage beyond your plan’s included checks is billed at a small per-check rate, capped per plan — you’re never charged past the cap without approving it.
Is this bulk-scraping competitors?+
No. Price Matcher only fetches the single public page a shopper explicitly links to, on the merchant’s behalf — not bulk crawling.
Will it match my store’s look?+
